The Great Experiment 3.0: Healing Through Energy Work

In the previous iteration of the experiment I assumed that being in a consistent state of joy would bring about some sort of change. Well, I've reached state of feeling consistently joyful but besides it being a nice feeling, nothing has changed overall. Healing emotionally on its own has not been enough to constitute other changes.

In this experiment I've decided to start trying to heal through energy healing. One of my friends that is a gifted spiritual practitioner has volunteered her time and energy to help me heal physically and spiritually. Thus far it's working.

In 3-4 session I've experienced the following changes:

1. My TMJ (lockjaw) has reduced to the point where it barely is locking at all. I would say that it's at about 10-15% of what it used to be at this point.

2. I damaged my sight by looking at the sun for 30 minutes straight resulting in something called solar retinopathy where my vision has become blurry but only in the exact center of my vision. Our sessions have reduced the damage by about 70-80%.

3. My sense of smell has been nearly non-existent for as long as I remember. It has started to come back but I have no idea what percentage it's at because I've never really had it. It's been nice to be able to smell though.

4. I've felt a deep physical shift happen which resulted in being the most relaxed I think I've ever felt. No idea what that's about.

The expected or anticipated results of this experiment are two-fold:

1. Heal myself physically as spirituality says that physical problems are actually a reflection of the spiritual.

2. Awaken spiritual gifts which should theoretically happen as I heal mind/body/soul.

Additionally, I'm trying to figure out how this is working on a scientific level. My current guess is that the manipulation of the human biofield, that of electric fields, magnetic fields, and infrared fields are at the heart of energy healing. This is theoretically possible based on the latent abilities of the human body discussed here, and considering that everything is energy, particularly electromagnetic waves being a base foundation of all particles, I think it makes sense. Furthermore, science has already found that using electromagnetic waves can either stimulate or inhibit body processes. There may also be some element to the frequency spectrum including radio waves, microwaves, infrared, the visible light spectrum, ultraviolet, X-ray, and gamma waves.

I'm excited about this one because I'm already seeing tangible results! More to come.
